John Ramirez has spent years leading teams and running operations in demanding environments, and his approach to the work shows it. He’s focused on building structure, strengthening collaboration, and helping make sure clients and colleagues have what they need to succeed, whether that’s clear communication, proper planning, or just steady support when things get complicated.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pasco-Hernando State College and has been named Administrator of the Year multiple times. Before moving into his current role, he spent 15 years in healthcare administration, overseeing multi-site operations and chairing quality and patient safety committees. That stretch included the pandemic and several major regional weather events, experiences that shaped how he leads today.
He’s hands-on by nature, big on accountability, and believes the best results come from practical decisions made alongside the people doing the work. He’s driven by the chance to exceed expectations and puts real weight on building relationships that last. More than anything, he cares about lifting up the people around him, giving back to his community, and creating opportunities that reach beyond any single job.
Outside the Office
When he’s not working, John is usually with family. He and his wife spend as much time as they can with their two kids, Mattison and Carlos, often out on the boat, at the pool, or hosting the extended family and friends for a relaxed weekend.
Born in New York City and raised between NYC and Central New Jersey, he’s still loyal to his hometown teams and rarely misses a Yankees game. Florida State football is on the TV in the fall. Otherwise, you’ll find him on the golf course, traveling, or at a live sporting event, Formula 1 races especially.
